Kumluca

The Robotic Optical Transient Search Experiment (ROTSE) is a multi-telescope experiment designed to observe the optical afterglow of gamma-ray bursts. The experiment currently consists of four telescopes located in Australia, Namibia, Turkey, and at the McDonald Observatory near Fort Davis, Texas.

Corydala or Corydalla or Korydalla or Korydala (Ancient Greek: Κορύδαλλα) was a city of ancient Lycia. Anciently, it belonged to the Rhodians, according to Hecataeus, quoted by Stephanus. But it was not in Rhodes, nor was it one of the Rhodian possessions in the Peraea, Caria. The Tabula Peutingeriana marks Corydala (spelt Coridallo) on the road from Phaselis to Patara, and makes the distance between these two places 29 Roman miles (43 km; 27 mi) Pliny places Corydalla in the interior of Lycia, and Ptolemy mentions it with Sagalassus, Rhodia, Phellus, Myra, and other places, as about Mons Massicytus.

Melanippe (Ancient Greek: Μελανίππη), or Melanippium or Melanippion (Μελανίππιον), was a small town on the coast of ancient Lycia, on the western slope of Mount Phoenicus, about 30 stadia from Cape Hieron, and 60 stadia south of Gagae, of which William Martin Leake wrote it was the port town.

Mount Omurga in Olympos, Turkey, is located alongside the Olympos ruins. It has three peaks in a distinctive arrangement (Omurga means 'spine' in Turkish). There are several ruins adjacent to Omurga, including a Byzantine defense fortification on the north face of Çamoda.

Musa Dağı (Mountain of Moses) is a mountain near Adrasan in Antalya Province, Turkey. The Lycian Way long-distance trail runs over the western slope of the mountain.

Korma (Ancient Greek: Κόρμα) was a town of ancient Lycia, which per the Stadiasmus Patarensis was the destination of a road from Acalissus.

Pygela (Ancient Greek: Πύγελα) was a town of ancient Lycia, which per the Stadiasmus Patarensis was 60 stadia from Corydala.

Moron Hydor (Ancient Greek: Μωρὸν Ὕδωρ, meaning 'foolish waters') was a port town of ancient Lycia, located 30 stadia from Posidarisus, and 50 stadia from Cape Hieron and Chelidonia.

Siderus (also known as Siderous; Ancient Greek: Σιδηροῦς) was a port town of ancient Lycia, referenced in the Periplus of Pseudo-Scylax and the Stadiasmus Maris Magni. The town is also noted by Stephanus of Byzantium under the name Sidarus or Sidarous (Σιδαροῦς). The place may also have borne the name Posidarisus or Posidarisous, mentioned in The Chronicon of Hippolytus as being 30 stadia from Crambousa and the same distance from Moron Hydor.
