The property was later bought by a local construction firm. As of 2017, the runway, ramp, and hangar still exist, with the outdoor paved surfaces used for equipment storage. The only surviving airport in Iowa County is in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.

Harker Creek is a stream located in Iowa County, Wisconsin. The upper end of the creek is approximately 10 km (6.2 mi) west-northwest of the county seat, Dodgeville. The creek flows roughly north-south, and is approximately 7.5 km (4.7 mi) in total length. It drains into Flint Creek at its northern end at 248 m (814 ft) above sea level. The lower portion of the creek is paralleled by Mount Hope Road and Berg Road. Lee Creek drains into Harker Creek at 255 m (838 ft) elevation. The upper portion of Harker Creek is surrounded by steep hills that extend as high as 30 m (100 ft) above the creek. At its highest point, the creek is at approximately 390 m (1280 ft) elevation. The southernmost reentrants of the creek are within 400 m (1300 ft) of U.S. Route 18.

The site, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is made up of several 19th century cabins built by Cornish immigrants who came to Mineral Point to mine lead. Today the site is owned by the Wisconsin Historical Society and serves as a museum of Wisconsin's early lead mining history. Tan-y-Deri, is also known as the Andrew T. Porter Home and the Jane and Andrew Porter Home. Jane Porter (1869-1953) was the sister of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The home was commissioned from Wright in 1907, with Jane and Andrew Porter (1858-1948) moving in with their children James (1901-1912) and Anna (1905-1934) by late January 1908. The home stands in a valley in the town of Wyoming, Wisconsin (near the village of Spring Green). This valley was originally settled by the Lloyd Joneses, who were the family of Wright and his sister's mother. The Lloyd Joneses were originally from Wales and, as a result of this heritage, Wright chose a Welsh name for the Porter home: “Tan-y-deri” is Welsh for “Under the oaks”.
