Hall Farm is a historic home and farm located in Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. The house was built in 1871, and is a two-story, three-bay, Italianate style frame dwelling. It is topped by a low pitched hipped roof. The front facade features a two-story, one-bay portico with elaborate brackets and scrollwork. Also on the property is a contributing timber frame English barn (c. 1871).

The Justin Zimmer House is a residence in Warsaw, Indiana at 2513 East Center Street. The home was designed by Alvin M. Strauss and built in 1934. It was home to the founder of Zimmer Holdings Justin O. Zimmer (1884–1951) and is one of two Tudor Revival architecture houses in the city. It is now the White Hill Manor bed and breakfast.

The Billy Sunday Home was the residence of William A (Billy) Sunday, Helen (Ma) Sunday, their four children, and the family's live-in housekeeper and nanny. Located in the Winona Lake Historic District in Kosciusko County, Indiana, it is a prime example of a bungalow built in the Arts and Crafts architectural style.

The first Kosciusko County Jail was built in 1837 of 14 inches (36 cm) square logs. It was two stories tall with a trap door from the second story floor to access the ground floor. The next jail was made of brick. Like the first jail, it was located on Courthouse Square. By 1869 this second structure was in serious need of repair. Frequent jail breaks from the second jail, led the county to hire George Garnsey of Chicago to design a new jail. The most notable jailbreak resulted when prisoners pushed bricks out of the wall.

Butler Community Mausoleum is a historic mausoleum located in Butler Cemetery near Butler in Stafford Township, DeKalb County, Indiana. It was built in 1914, and is a one-story, limestone structure with a red tile roof and simple Classical Revival style detail. It measures 36 feet wide and 78 feet deep and consists of a tall vestibule section and long nave-like wing with clerestory. At the entrance are flanking Doric order columns. The mausoleum was used for interments into the 1960s.

Robert Orr Polygonal Barn, also known as the Oxenrider Barn, is a historic twelve-sided building located in Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. The frame barn has two stories and was built between 1909 and 1911. It is topped by a three-pitch gambrel roof and a twelve-sided cupola.

Warsaw Cut Glass Company is a historic factory building located at Warsaw, Indiana making cut glass. It is a two-story, plus basement, industrial building constructed of paving brick. The building measures 100 feet by 25 feet. Two small additions were constructed in 1912 and the building features an original handpainted sign added in 1915. The company remains in operation.

East Fort Wayne Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Warsaw, Indiana. The district encompasses 14 contributing buildings in an exclusively residential section of Warsaw. It developed between about 1860 and 1920, and includes notable examples of Italianate, Queen Anne, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. Notable buildings include the Hudson Beck House (1874), Samuel Chipman House (1860), and Meyers House (1917).

It was built in 1838, and is a two-story, rectangular Greek Revival style frame building with a front gable roof. It measures 20 feet wide and 49 feet deep and has a low pitched roof. GTS is now part of Grace College & Seminary and is associated with Charis Fellowship, before 2018 known as the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. Alva J. McClain, the first president, and Herman A. Hoyt, the second president, founded the seminary in 1937. Rose Hill (also called Rosehill) was an unincorporated community along a railroad at the border between Kosciusko County, Indiana, and Wabash County, Indiana. The extinct community's church and cemetery, in Wabash County, remain. The Rose Hill Post Office was established by 1870. United States Post Office Department Official Postal Guides through 1881 listed the Rose Hill Post Office as being in Kosciusko County, and afterwards in Wabash County. The Rose Hill Post Office was discontinued by about 1906.
