Balksbury is the site of a former Bronze Age hill fort to the southwest of Andover, Hampshire. Originally triangular in shape, most of it has been destroyed by the A303 Andover Bypass, and a large housing development. Only the very southwest parts survive, visible, and up to 1m in height. It was a large hillfort first occupied in the Late Bronze Age, and probably had rather a nice view over the confluence of Pillhill Brook and the River Anton, below and to the southeast. This was also the direction of the single gated entrance. It was used until and during the Roman period. It is listed on the scheduled ancient monuments list - but this status clearly hasn't afforded it much protection.
East Anton is a suburb and housing development of Andover in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, England. It lies 1.5 miles (2.1 km) north-east from Andover. Formerly, it was a hamlet made up of two farms and related buildings.

Beginning as Andover Sound in 2008, from 2011 the station was owned and operated by Bauer Radio as part of The Breeze network. From September 2020, the station was replaced by Greatest Hits Radio.

RAF Andover (IATA: ADV, ICAO: EGWA) is a former Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force station in England, 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Andover, Hampshire. As well as RFC and RAF units, units of the Aviation Section, U.S. Signal Corps, Royal Canadian Air Force, United States Army Air Forces, and the Air Transport Auxiliary were also stationed at the airfield.

A statue of Queen Elizabeth II was unveiled in Riverside Park, Andover, Hampshire, in September 2024. It was sculpted by Amy Goodman. Goodman said that it was " ... such an honour and privilege to sculpt our late Queen. I wanted to capture her warmth and humility; she did have such a radiant smile".
