Shaki

The Kingdom of Hereti (Georgian: ჰერეთის სამეფო, romanized: heretis samepo) was a medieval Georgian monarchy which emerged in Caucasus on the Iberian-Albanian frontier. Nowadays it roughly corresponds to the southeastern corner of Georgia's Kakheti region and a portion of Azerbaijan's northwestern districts.

By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No 132 dated with 2 August 2001, the building is protected by state and is included in the list of the architectural monuments.

Tağlı körpülər — XVIII əsrdə Qurcana çayı üzərində salınmış tağlı körpülər. Körpülərdən dördü salamatdır. Tikintilərində bişmiş kərpic və əhəngdən istifadə olunub. Çayın sürətini azaltmaq üçün suyun içində atmalar hörülüb, suyun qıraqlarına bərələr qoyulub. Tağlı körpülərdən – Qaranlıq körpü və Yuxarı Karvansarayın qarşısındakı körpü 2010-cu ildə bərpa edilib. Yalnız 3 saylı məktəbin qarşısındakı körpü ikitağlıdır. Qurcana çayı üzərindəki bu körpülər M.F.Axundzadə prospekti boyu — Dərə hamamının, Yuxarı Karvansarayın, Aşağı Karvansarayın və 3 saylı orta məktəbin qarşısında yerləşir.
