Viedma (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈbjeðma]) is the capital and fourth largest city of the Río Negro Province, in northern Patagonia, Argentina. The city has approximately 62,000 inhabitants (2022), and is located on the southern margin of the Negro River, about 30 kilometres off the Atlantic Coast, and 960 km from the city of Buenos Aires on the National Route 3.
San Carlos de Bariloche, usually known as Bariloche (Spanish pronunciation: [baɾiˈlotʃe]), is a city in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, situated in the foothills of the Andes on the southern shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake. After development of extensive public works and Alpine-styled architecture, the city emerged in the 1930s and 1940s as a major tourism centre with skiing, trekking and mountaineering facilities. In addition, it has numerous restaurants, cafés, and chocolate shops. The city had a permanent population of 108,205 according to the 2010 census. According to the latest statistics from 2015, the population is around 122,700, and a projection for 2020 estimates 135,704.

Cerro El Puntudo es una elevación argentina que se encuentra en el municipio de Cañadón Seco, Patagonia argentina, pudiendo divisarse desde el pueblo, el Océano Atlántico y en las noches a la ciudad de Caleta Olivia y alrededores. Es integrante de la formación geológica Meseta patagónica, que presenta en este sector una cadena de cerros a lo largo de un árido cañadón sin vestigios de agua pero con riquezas petrolíferas.
El cerro López es una montaña ubicada en la provincia de Río Negro, Argentina, a cuyos pies se encuentra el pueblo de Colonia Suiza hacia el este y los lagos Moreno y Nahuel Huapi hacia el norte y noroeste respectivamente, ubicado a 25 kilómetros de la ciudad de San Carlos de Bariloche. Tiene una altura de 2.075 m s. n. m.
