The Sava Dolinka is a headwater of the Sava River in northwestern Slovenia. The 45 kilometres (28 mi) long Sava Dolinka starts as Nadiža Creek in the Planica Valley under Mount Zadnja Ponca in the Julian Alps, at an elevation of 1222 m, close to the Italian border. The stream goes underground soon after its source and breaks out again after 5 km at an elevation of 842 m in Zelenci, near Kranjska Gora. The Sava Dolinka flows through Kranjska Gora, Gozd Martuljek, Jesenice, between Bled and Breg, and past the town of Lesce. The first in a series of hydroelectric power plants on the river, the Moste Hydro Power Plant (22.5 MW), is located near Žirovnica. It merges with the second major headwater of the Sava, the Sava Bohinjka, at Radovljica. Tributaries of the Sava Dolinka include the Triglav Bistrica at Mojstrana and the Radovna, which flows through the Vintgar Gorge near Bled.

Pristava Bled (konjušnice, kasneje tudi tako zvan "blok") je bila zgrajena po zaslugi jugoslovanske kraljice Marije in arhitekta R. Tadiča v letih 1920−1940.
Jama pod Babjim zobom je manjša kraška podzemna jama v Sloveniji, ki se nahaja ob severozahodnem robu Jelovice na nadmorski višini 1008 metrov. V dolžino meri 280, v globino pa okoli 50 metrov. V jami se nahajajo veliki kristali kalcita, t. i. skalenoedri, ter polžasto zaviti kapniki, t. i. helektiti, ki so redkost v Sloveniji. V jami je stalna temperatura 8° C.
Cerkev Marijinega vnebovzetja na Bledu, imenovana tudi Cerkev naše ljube Gospe, Marija na jezeru, Marija na Otoku in Cerkev Marije Kraljice na Blejskem otoku, je podružnična cerkev Župnije Bled. Nahaja se na Blejskem otoku. Je morda najstarejše romarsko središče na Slovenskem in priljubljena turistična znamenitost. Cerkev s samostojnim zvonikom se ponaša s petimi dragocenimi oltarji in prižnico. Zvon želja v ladijskem nadstrešnem stolpiču je znan daleč prek meja slovenskih dežel.
Bled Jezero railway station (Slovene: Železniška postaja Bled Jezero) is the principal railway station in Bled, Slovenia. The station is located above the west coast of Lake Bled. It is connected to the lake and the settlement Zaka by a footpath. It is located on the Jesenice - Sežana railway and train services from Jesenice to Nova Gorica call here approximately once every two hours in each direction, however the timetable is irregular. Some of the services are extended from/to Ljubljana and Sežana.
Bled Castle (Slovene: Blejski grad, German: Burg Veldes) is a medieval castle built on a precipice above the city of Bled in Slovenia, overlooking Lake Bled. According to written sources, it is the oldest Slovenian castle and is currently one of the most visited tourist attractions in Slovenia. Nowadays, the castle is employed as a historical museum with a collection that represents the lake's history.

The Vintgar Gorge (Slovene: soteska Vintgar) or Bled Gorge (Blejski vintgar) is a 1.6-kilometer (0.99 mi) gorge in northwestern Slovenia in the municipalities of Gorje and Bled, four kilometers northwest of Bled. Carved by the Radovna River, it is the continuation of the Radovna Valley. The sheer canyon walls are 50 to 100 meters (160 to 330 ft) high, with a total slope measuring about 250 m (820 ft). The stream has created many erosive features such as pools and rapids, and terminates in the picturesque 13 m (43 ft) Šum Falls (literally, 'noisy falls'), the largest river waterfall in Slovenia.
