Nicosia District (Greek: Eπαρχία Λευκωσίας) is one of the six districts of Cyprus. Its main town is the island country's capital city, Nicosia. The de-facto TRNC-controlled northern part of the district is the Lefkoşa District of the unrecognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The Armenian Genocide Monument in Nicosia, Cyprus, is a monument dedicated to the martyrs and the survivors of the Armenian genocide of 1915–1923. It is located within the Armenian complex on Armenia street in Acropolis, Strovolos, which contains the Armenian Prelature building, the Sourp Asdvadzadzin cathedral, the Nareg Armenian School, the marble khachkar, the bust of Archbishop Zareh Aznavorian and the statue of Gregory of Nareg.
Costas Papaellinas Arena is an indoor arena in Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. It is the home venue of the Keravnos BC. Currently the arena has a capacity around 2,000 seats.
The Falcon School Cyprus is an international school in Nicosia which follows an English-style curriculum, adapted to the Cyprus environment. Founded in 1976 and accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, the School provides a continuous education for boys and girls from the age of 4 years until graduation at the age of 18. A full 15 years can be spent at the School, and "Falcon 15ers" receive an award at the end of their schooling.

The English School is an independent selective secondary school in Nicosia, Cyprus. It has a rigorous selection process for admittance. It is one of the secondary schools in Nicosia designated to be bi-communal, with both Greek and Turkish Cypriots being educated at the school. The school, founded in 1900, is a member of the HMC (Headmasters’ and Mistresses’ Conference).
Strovolos (Greek: Στρόβολος; Turkish: Strovolos; Armenian: Ստրովոլոս) is a municipality in the Nicosia district. With a population of nearly 71,123, it is the second most populated municipality in Cyprus, after Limassol, and the most populated municipality of Nicosia District. It was established in 1986.
