Dadia-Lefkimi-Soufli Forest National Park (Greek: Εθνικό Πάρκο Δάσους Δαδιάς-Λευκίμης-Σουφλίου) is a national park in the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Local surveys have recorded at least 60 species of mammals, 12 of amphibians, 29 of reptiles, and 104 of butterflies, alongside 360–400 plant species; birds include the Black vulture, Egyptian vulture, and Griffon vulture. Ecotourism in the park, initiated and developed by WWF Greece since the early 1990s, has successfully combined biodiversity conservation—particularly of endangered raptors—with local economic development, boosting employment and community involvement. The project includes visitor infrastructure, environmental education, and guided experiences.

Ο Τύμβος Μικρής Δοξιπάρας-Ζώνης είναι ένα Ρωμαϊκό ταφικό μνημείο/Τύμβος το οποίο χρονολογείται από το 2ο αιώνα μ.Χ. και βρίσκεται κοντά στα χωριά Μικρή Δοξιπάρα, Ζώνη και Χελιδόνα στο Νομό Έβρου . Βρίσκεται 33,5 χιλιόμετρα δυτικά από το Διδυμότειχο και 30,6 χιλιόμετρα δυτικά από την Ορεστιάδα . Σήμερα ο τύμβος δεν είναι οργανωμένος αρχαιολογικός χώρος αλλά ανασκαφή στην οποία επιτρέπεται η επίσκεψη σε τουρίστες. Η ανασκαφική έρευνα ξεκίνησε το 2002 από την ΙΘ΄Εφορεία Προϊστορικών και Κλασικών Αρχαιοτήτων Θράκης .
Orestiada (Greek: Ορεστιάδα, romanized: Orestiáda, formerly Ancient Greek: Νέα Ορεστιάς, romanized: Néa Orestiás), is the northeasternmost, northernmost and newest city of Greece and the second largest of the Evros regional unit of Thrace. It was founded in 1923 by Greek refugees from Edirne, after the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. It has a population of about 20,000.

Greek National Road 53 (Greek: Εθνική Οδός 53), abbreviated as the EO53, is a national road in northeastern Greece. The EO53 runs within the Evros regional unit, from Alexandroupolis to Mikro Dereio near the border with Bulgaria: however, the border crossing itself is unbuilt.

The island is 17 km (11 mi) long, 178 km2 (69 sq mi) in size and has a population of 2,596 (2021 census). Its main industries are fishing and tourism. Resources on the island include granite and basalt. Samothrace is one of the most rugged Greek islands, with Mt Saos and its highest peak, Fengari, rising to 1,611 m (5,285 ft). The Winged Victory of Samothrace statue, which is now displayed at the Louvre in Paris, was found on the island.
Tycheró (Greek: Τυχερό, [tiçeˈro]) is a town and a former municipality in the Evros regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Soufli, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 220.411 km2. Tychero is situated near the river Evros, which forms the border with Turkey here.
Soufli (Greek: Σουφλί, romanized: Souflí) is a town in the Evros regional unit, Greece, notable for the silk industry that flourished there in the 19th century. The town stands on the eastern slope of the twin hill of Prophet Elias, one of the easternmost spurs on the Rhodope Mountains. It is situated in the center of the Evros regional unit, 65 km north of Alexandroupoli and 50 km southwest of Orestiada, on Greek National Road 51/E85 which links Alexandroupoli with Edirne and the Bulgarian border at Ormenio. The town center is only 500m from the Evros River. Soufli is the seat of the municipality of Soufli.
The Samothrace Temple Complex, known as the Sanctuary of the Great Gods (Modern Greek: Ιερό των Μεγάλων Θεών Ieró ton Megálon Theón), is one of the principal Pan-Hellenic religious sanctuaries, located on the island of Samothrace within the larger Thrace. Built immediately to the west of the ramparts of the city of Samothrace, it was nonetheless independent, as attested to by the dispatch of city ambassadors during festivals.

Το Φυλακτό είναι χωριό του Νομού Έβρου και του Δήμου Σουφλίου. Το 2021 είχε πραγματικό πληθυσμό 176 κατοίκους, από 309 το 2011.
Τα Λαγυνά είναι χωριό του Νομού Έβρου.
Το Λυκόφως είναι χωριό του Νομού Έβρου, το οποίο ανήκει στον Δήμο Σουφλίου. Ο πληθυσμός του σύμφωνα με την τελευταία απογραφή (2021) ήταν 255 κάτοικοι, ενώ το μεσοσταθμικό υψόμετρο είναι 18 μέτρα πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας. Το χωριό είναι κτισμένο πλάι στην εθνική οδό, 8 χιλιόμετρα νότια του Σουφλίου και στη ρίζα των τελευταίων υψωμάτων της Ροδόπης.

It is located on the right bank of the river Evros, where it forms the border with Bulgaria. It is bypassed by the Greek National Road 51/E85 (Alexandroupoli - Orestiada - Ormenio - Svilengrad). The town was formerly known as Karagatsoudi (Καραγατσούδι) and El-Karakas (Ελ-Καράκας), its Turkish name was Karaagaç. The nearest villages are Dikaia to its east, and Ormenio to its northwest.

In 2021, its population was 557 for the community, which includes the villages Dilofos, Krios and Palli. It is located on the right bank of the river Evros, where it forms the border with Bulgaria. It is about 15 km southeast of Svilengrad, Bulgaria, and 25 km west of Edirne, Turkey.
Arzos (Greek: Άρζος, Turkish: Kulakli) is a village in the northern part of the Evros regional unit in Greece. It is situated on the left bank of the river Ardas, about 20 km northwest of Orestiada. Arzos is part of the municipal unit of Trigono. In 2021 its population was 259 for the municipal community, which includes the village Kanadas.
Kyprinos (Greek: Κυπρίνος) is a town and a former municipality in the Evros regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Orestiada, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 135.976 km2. In 2021 its population was 571 for the community and 1,732 for the municipal unit. Kyprinos is located southwest of Edirne, Turkey, west-northwest of Orestiada, north of Alexandroupoli and about 5 to 6 km east of Kurdzhali and the Bulgarian frontier, where there is a border crossing. Athens is approximately 1,050 km to the southwest. Komara is on the other side of the river Ardas.

Founded by Greek refugees from Edirne after the Treaty of Lausanne when the population exchange occurred between Turkey and Greece, in which the river Evros became the new border between the two countries. Nea Vyssa (Greek: Νέα Βύσσα) is a village in the northeastern part of the Evros regional unit in Greece. It was the seat of the municipality of Vyssa until 2011. It is situated near the border with Turkey and the river Evros, about halfway between Orestiada and Edirne in Turkey. The nearest villages are Kavyli to the southwest, and Kastanies to the northwest.
Fylakio (Greek: Φυλάκιο) is a village in the Evros regional unit of northeast Greece. Fylakio is in the municipal unit of Kyprinos. In 2021 the population was 867 for the community, including the villages Ammovouno and Keramos. It is located on the right bank of the river Ardas, about halfway between Ivaylovgrad (Bulgaria) and Edirne (Turkey).

It is part of the municipal unit of Trigono in the Evros regional unit of Thrace. It is situated near the right bank of the river Evros, which forms the border with Bulgaria here. On the other side of the Evros, 6 km to the north, lies the Bulgarian town Svilengrad. Nearby villages in Greece are Ptelea to its southeast and Petrota to its southwest.
